It’ s well known that the cost of housing in the district is a barrier to recruitment. The gap between local salaries and local house prices is just too great. Now , for the first time in many years, things are changing. New developments are popping up all across the district and many will include shared ownership homes that are within the reach of first time buyers on local incomes.
So, if recruitment is a problem for you, ask us how we can help give new and existing employees a foot on the housing ladder. See what’s coming up , register with us and make sure your business receives direct notification of all new shared ownership homes coming to the market.
